Returns and refunds

Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by the return, refund, cancellation, and exchange policy shown by that marketplace and seller at the time of purchase.

To request support for an Amazon order, open Amazon, go to Your Orders, and follow the options for that order. Do not send a product to COOVOAMAE without return authorization from the marketplace or seller listed in your order.
