Official and original material
Government agencies, standards bodies, conservation institutions, current product documentation, and original research.
Editorial standard
How COOVOAMAE checks product facts, uses sources, separates evidence from judgment, and updates practical guides.
COOVOAMAE publishes practical product guides using current product specifications, direct product inspection when available, and primary external sources for safety or preservation guidance. Every guide is reviewed for claim accuracy, useful limitations, source quality, and consistency with the product sold. We correct material errors and show meaningful update dates.
WHO WRITES THE JOURNAL?
The COOVOAMAE Product Information Team maintains our product guides, comparisons, care instructions, and organization workflows. We currently use an organization byline because the work is produced and checked collaboratively. We do not present a fictional individual author or imply clinical credentials that the team does not hold.
When a future article is reviewed by a named specialist, that person’s identity, relevant qualification, and role in the review will be stated on the page.
OUR PROCESS
We start with a decision, use, or care question that belongs naturally to the goods COOVOAMAE sells.
Dimensions, materials, controls, care instructions, compatibility, and included components are checked against the current product record.
For external claims, we prefer official agencies, standards bodies, museums, libraries, manufacturers, and original research over unsourced summaries.
Measured specifications, source-backed guidance, practical inference, and product preference are not presented as if they were the same kind of evidence.
We explain what a product does not change, where usage depends on context, and when professional guidance is more appropriate.
Before publication, we check the answer, headings, citations, product links, dates, and internal links as one complete page.
SOURCE STANDARD
Government agencies, standards bodies, conservation institutions, current product documentation, and original research.
Well-edited publications and qualified experts may help explain context, but they do not replace a better primary source when one is available.
Customer questions and public discussions can reveal useful problems to investigate. They are treated as prompts, not proof.
TOOLS AND DISCLOSURE
We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to organize research, compare page structures, draft outlines, and check consistency. These tools are not treated as factual sources. Product facts, citations, claims, links, and final wording are reviewed by the COOVOAMAE Product Information Team before publication.
We do not use AI assistance as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or preservation advice.
UPDATES AND CORRECTIONS
Guides may be updated when product specifications change, a source is replaced, a material error is found, or the answer needs clearer limitations. A page’s updated date should reflect a meaningful review or revision, not a cosmetic attempt to appear fresh.
If you believe a COOVOAMAE guide contains an error, send the page URL and the specific concern through our contact page. We will review the claim against the relevant product record or source.
